Young Professionals with nostalgia for high school. As long as you are one of the popular kids its great.

Cons

If you are not a popular kid then you are a bogger. Management work long hours for very little pay.

Pros

Nothing is really a “pro” in working for this company! Mint will hire anyone that is willing to be subjected to being treated like robots.

Cons

Upper management and leaders of the company are rude, the pay is simply an insult to anyone, and you must be a friend of Dr. Harrison to succeed. It’s hard to communicate with management because they are unorganized and treat the employees like kindergartens. Dr. Harrison comes in to the “corporate office” and does not acknowledge the employees but just look down his nose at everyone.

Cons

High volume of patients. No lunches. A lot of gossip between girls in office. Change of management every 6 months so no sense of stability. Coming in early and leaving late everyday so no real work/life balance. Being rushed to get patients in and out.
