      Don’t have to see the same patients.

      Cons

      Patients feel entitle, very low IQ. No Pay raise. Front desk and most managers do not have much dental experience. Hours get cut if not busy. Will not give recognition to hard working employees. You will be fired or removed from current office if you speak up about something. Only “certain” ppl are able to move up.

      eh, it’s a job that gives you health benefits (they aren’t even that great tho)

      You always read that it’s so easy to grow at Mint, which it is (if you suck up to certain people). BUT they hire incompetent people in high positions that have NO IDEA what they are doing. It’s honestly pretty sad that they can’t even get a great foundation of qualified people. They are blind when promoting the wrong people, not only does that impact the people who ARE qualified but that just makes the other employees not want to work as hard. No matter how hard you work they’re still going to promote the wrong ones. And no, I didn’t leave the company because I didn’t get promoted (even tho it seems like it). I just see so many people moving up that are as dumb as a wall.

      Not a single ting. This mill of a company has drained such sweet souls

      Cons

      Working on weekends. Non stop emails. I get over 100 emails day. Treatment plan. Try and hit goal. Have customer service. Manage my employees. Check spreadsheet. And 100 other things. This company sets you up to fail. Nothing stays the same. COO has favorites and gives special treatment to certain employees. Drive all over DFW with no compensation. No days off! Other employee get a day to recover or spend with family. Make it fair for ALL EMPLOYEES in company. So many people constantly complain about being burnt out. I Get emails and work every weekend. No family time. Bonus is impossible. You get yelled at constantly. Read the bad reviews they are real. This company has awful scary uppermangment.
