Overbooked scheduling, call center that doesn't abide by the rules when filling the schedule because they're not the ones having to physically break their backs, almost all management in this company has no common sense skills, corporate constantly tries to get you to perform illegal/fraudulent actions with no remorse towards the risk of you losing your license, they don't feel bad for making you work through lunch if it's overbooked, make you do 12+ cleanings a day many times being back to back SRPs which they expect you to do full mouth in 45 minutes, the list is endless and I would never recommend anyone to ever be an employee for this company unless you want to ruin yourself. Just a heads up the employee handbook you sign upon hire is pointless because they have you sign another sheet stating they can make up rules at any point, you don't get paid holidays like they tell you they require you to be with them for 3 years before you ever see an extra dime
