Pros

Benefits are GREAT! The staff you work with are the best and are truly family. I loved the Christian music.

Cons

No lunch break, management are the biggest gossipers, getting yelled/cussed at by patients because of the over booked schedule and personally because I don't give free treatment like other managers did before me. Not really heard by management. Management cares when it's not a big deal, but doesn't care when it is. Doctors are worked like slaves. Money hungry instead of making sure patient care/treatment is priority. Hours suck for people who have a family.

Pros

At the beginning it was decent but everything changes every single day and they wonder why so many people quit

Cons

We have trim and planners for a reason. It’s now office managers job to treatment plan on top of all of the other job duties we are supposed to be doing a response before every single day. We run an entire office. And now the doctors are going to be in charge. They are in charge of firing, writing staff up. Managing the schedule. But yet they don’t have to drive to Dallas every Monday for the manager meeting. The doctors treat us like dog poo because every single one of them is in charge now. I’m not sure what the point of an office manager is. We do everything but yet are being threatened by doctors. And treatment planning. And checking in and out. Almost every single manager is getting together wanting to quit because we have to do every single thing and we are not getting compensated for it. I worked hard to become an office manager. I am not a treatment planner. I have the worst doctors who are mean degrading bullies. But guess what they make the company money so nobody wants to do anything about it. Meant dentistry is turning into Monarch. I do not wish this job up on anybody who is actually trying to make a career out of it. If you were in high school looking to make a paycheck, be treated like dirt, travel all the time, have everybody Ignore what you need for your office then this is the job for you. Nothing is stable, nothing is set in stone, you are promised raises and never received them, everybody quits and then they hire worse staff and before. Oh and we have an entire call center but it’s our jobs now to answer every single phone call the office. I guess if you wanted to sit in an office and not answer phones apply for the call center position. Oh one more thing that’s a con, we also our schedulers for Oral surgery and orthodontics. They have their own staff and phones but it’s a requirement that we do it on top of absolutely everything else.

Pros

The office manager is the backbone to our office

Cons

I'm not sure where to begin. ..the company promotes only people who are in "the click" HR does not work nearly as hard as offices do. They get to go home to family while the actual people making money for the company stay in the office till 7. But have a fit when you call in sick. Working 5 days a week 11 hours a day with NO lu ch break is exhausting. Every once in a while the office is closed on a Wednesday and I can not express how much it is needed and helps keep the staff happy!!!!!! Working in office at MINT AS A doctor, hygienist, assistant, front. IS DRAINING. Emotionally physically and mentally. Ya its a job. But I could go work for a private practice four days a week and still have a life outside of work. At one point it was 40 weeks but the owner got too greedy. I want to help patients The front wants to help patients but overworking us is making everyone miserabe. The turnover rate is unbelievable and this is why.
