almost everything: technology, the TEAM was AMAZING (friendly and well-trained), mentorship and support is first class, autonomy, patient volume is best I've ever seen, benefits are great, compensation was also excellent

Cons

it was my 2nd job as a dentist and I thought the % was low and I could make more money BUUUT turns out there's more to work satisfaction and the high % I was lured away by was trying to compensate for a lot more than me.
