Specific office locations are great & have great employees. District & regional managers do what they can to help with what seems like an inevitable terrible upper management.

Cons

Prepare to not have a lunch, they have 30 minute “blockouts” on the schedule but doesn’t matter when they cram the schedule to max capacity. Seeing upwards of 30+ patients a day. Want 5 columns open for 1 doctor & 1 hygienist. Don’t want employees working overtime but we’re scheduled to work 10hr days. No support from corporate, they think we don’t work hard enough. Constant employee turnover because they refuse to make simple changes. No autonomy over schedule, repercussions if you try and change the schedule in ANY way. The scheduling team is never trained right (because they have never worked in a dental office). Forced to watch the CEO gloat on a series of unnecessary web videos as he told us “if you’re not working every second, then you haven’t worked hard” as he’s on a executive retreat… L O L

The company offers an excellent work-life balance for office managers, patient concierge, dental assistance, doctors and dental hygienist. The healthcare benefits offered are great! I have been in the dental field for over 20 years and by far Mint Dentistry has been the best company I have worked for. It's wonderful to work for a corporation that thrives on their culture; love, generosity and perfection. There's a lot of opportunity for growth since the company is expanding nationwide. Overall, the company provides a great support system and they truly care for their employee's. The executives and regional director are the best in the industry. They lead with love, furthermore this is what keeps employee's like myself loyal to the company. Thank you Mint Dentistry!
