It was a great company I enjoyed a lot and the working exp was awsum

Cons

Managers play politics and not helpful at all. And the facilities were unsuffient for the mnc.

Opportunity to work for money and gain experience as an undergraduate student Opportunity to interact and get to know faculties who are renown experts in their fields

Low compensation compared to internships Depending on the department/lab/supervisor, the work you perform is not always meaningful.

Working with an extremely diverse group. Exposure to interesting research and science projects known world wide. Ability to participate in activities, clubs and volunteer opportunities, typically open to only students. Environment of encouragement and appreciation of all employees through rewards and recognition programs.

Cons

Administration/management needs to be more transparent within each department of lab center.
