Pros

The benefits are amazing, they offer everything from insurance to tuition assistance. Also, they match whatever you put into your 401K up to a certain amount.

Cons

Depending on what your position is, your work/life balance can be rather hectic. If you are working in the labs then its very likely you will put 40+ hour work weeks. If you work in the office, you have many vacation days/personal days/sick days.

Pros

Great education, I got to do wonderful things with wonderful people. Fantastic environment and attitude towards learning.

Cons

I would not recommend going there for undergraduate education. It is too hyper focused to give a decent understanding of the larger context of technology work.
