Pros

Peers and local managers still good, the rest is declining, and local managers have ever less influence.

Cons

Lots of money spent on diversity and equity. Too many senior VPs, no promotion to senior leadership internally and declining benefits. CEO claims to be all about grace and respect, but his actions demonstrate otherwise. Classic hot mic errors reveal what he truly thinks. The COVID policies have been and remain laughable.

Pros

I've been part-time for a long time and they've treated me with respect and I've had interesting work for most of that time.

Cons

Very recent cuts to benefits of long-term employees have morale at about the lowest I've seen it in over 20 years. Recent RIF in one of the FFRDCs was carried out in a most unprofessional manner.
