Cons

Leaving soon because of clueless and selfish management; rampant nepotism, ageism, bigotry, sexism and lack of advancement opportunities for those who refuse to kowtow to management.

Wonderful colleagues! We go some wonderful engineering work accomplished for our federal customers, including a search engine before Google and other search engines were a thing. Excellent collaboration and team work at the time.

Cons

The CEO has ruined the company and most accomplished and smart engineers have left the firm. Current middle managers and directors are just waiting their turn to retire.

Excellent colleagues who bring top skills and expertise to help solve complex problems for the federal sector. Key benefits (retirement, healthcare and education) remain solid.

Cons

Rapid deterioration in morale given recent layoffs and mismatch between work and staff. Given the hiring we are doing, why not have allowed those staff to apply for other positions. Many talented colleagues are looking for projects and it puts all of us in the mode of internal job hunting if not for ourselves for our colleagues as there is not indirect funding. The concern about further layoffs is real and yet we continue to hire. Our leadership was excellent during the pandemic with factual, direct communication and time for Q&A. Recent comms have been quite the opposite.
