I’ve had a very positive experience working at MITRE. The people here are incredibly intelligent, collaborative, and mission-focused. There is a strong culture of knowledge sharing, and I’ve enjoyed learning from so many talented coworkers across the organization. The Talent Acquisition leadership team has been outstanding. As with any large organization, processes can sometimes move slowly, and navigating a matrixed environment may take time. However, the collaborative culture and supportive leadership help make these challenges manageable.
