There’s a lot of room to experiment, take initiative, and learn new technologies on the job. The people here are supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to collaborate, which makes it easy to grow professionally and expand your skill set.

      Cons

      A downside is the project-based funding structure. Once the funding for your current project ends, you often need to actively search for your next assignment.
