If you already know what you’re doing its good. I have to have a fifteen word minimum to post this.

Cons

Training, consistency, work life balance, no clear understanding of whats really going on internally, always have to manage up.

-You will likely make 700-1000 dollars a week knocking doors and scheduling sales appointments for roofing inspectors -consistent work schedule -The work itself is pretty simple and not very strenuous

Cons

-Dishonest and unprofessional management -Erratic staffing changes -High turnover for new employees, as new recruits realize the difference between what they are promised and what they receive
