The money (if you’re willing to cause damage). Met a few good people that don’t really have anywhere else to turn for employment at the moment.

Cons

Sketchy work practices, constant incentives to create damage on roofs and commit insurance fraud, extremely poor upper management that causes a very high turnover rate. If you have loose morals and don’t care about potentially being thrown in jail for insurance fraud, you can make a lot of money. I was told both directly and indirectly that I needed to start causing damage on roofs to get them fully bought. MLM will over-hire and then subsequently fire large groups of people at once. I know I will most likely get a response from someone at MLM saying my accusations are false and unwarranted even though they are fully aware of every shady tactic they use to make money. Please save yourself the headache and look for another job.

Be prepared to only be looked at as a number and they do not value their employees You will make a lot less than your competitors Upper management will do very little to help you succeed No culture!

Toxic, unexperienced management, unprofessional training

Paid training period. Company Vehicle & gas card. Team members are great and supportive.

Cons

* 95% of the 5 stars reviews that you see here in Glassdoor.com are not accurate, new employees are asked by the person handling training to leave a 5 stars even before starting to work. * Most of the management team members are unexperienced and got their jobs through friendship relations. * Toxic atmosphere applied by the management to spread fear and stress to pressure sales reps in making more sales. * Most of the leads that you get from Marketing Team are a waste of time. * The Marketing team members are young and unprofessional, they lie to homeowners just to get them signup for appointments so they can achieve their targets.
