Most of the people are great! Lots of talent in all departments. 1/2 day Friday's were a pretty nice perk. I was at MMGY for quite a while and I learned a LOT and was given the opportunity to grow my career there. I was able to accomplish a great number of things during my time at MMGY that I'm very proud of and I got to work on some pretty cool brands.

Cons

I was at MMGY for quite a while and I learned a LOT! That includes the bad stuff too... It tended to get very cliquey and favor (including promotions) was shown to those who kissed the right arses. I'm not against a little arse-kissing, but some of the favoritism was just ridiculous! I felt like I was back in high school a lot of times with all the back-stabbing and vindictiveness. The work environment grew to be a toxic one for me and I didn't see any true growth opportunities, which is why I left.
