*Family Friendly Company *Multiple Locations - Remote Access Available for Employees *Wednesdays are Lunch n' Learns - free lunches for entire company - whether provided by vendors or by Company Owners *Fun work activities throughout year *Ongoing Education Provided *Sales Incentives are Good *Paid Vacation Offerings are more than what other companies offer (4 weeks) *Medical/Dental Benefits

Cons

*Some Reps take advantage of the easy going work-style company offers *Management can be a little chaotic - not sure who to report to at times *Does not match 401K (but does offer)

Location is in a nice business park close to transportation and shopping.

Cons

Unprofessional atmosphere. Employees floundering under extremely poor management. Ownership is weak and lacks integrity.

Pros

Vendors will bring in lunches and sometimes breakfast. Have coffee, 25 cent soda beverages.

Cons

COO will berate and humiliate employees in meetings. He is known for screaming on the phone for the whole office to hear while leaving his door open. Bathrooms are only cleaned twice Monday-Friday. Micro management. Hire and promote friends and family.
