Cramp work environment. No place to have lunch. The management is disrespectful and don't care about the employees. Low moral and low pay and excessive write ups. How about a break down: 1) Forced to call in for meetings even when you are not scheduled for work. That's a write up. 2) Misspellings and grammar on emails. That's another write up. (Yes if you used "there" instead of "their" or "they're") 3) Talking to your co-workers during down time. That's a verbal warning which leads to a write up. 4) Don't follow the details of the Boss to the very minute detail. Another write up. 5) Speak up for yourself after a manager curses at you. Write up. 6) If they find out you seeking new employment. (Fired) Happiest day of my life when they fired me. I'm just mad they got me before I had a chance to quit.

Management cannot be trusted to abide by their promises. Helpdesk environment is hostile and degrading to employee morale. Only way to survive at this company is to be a personal friend of management staff. Rate of pay is also well below industry standard for Lombard where office is at. Company has fired 3 helpdesk staff in 2014 and has had multiple engineers quit and has not had any new engineers join company.
