Some of the spiffs are filed for you from vendors but you have to file for the others No brand recognition. If you come over here from CDW or another VAR, most customers will not follow you because they have no idea what MNJ is. You need to self-promote and rely on your own customer referrals to be successful. Don't come here if you are going sit at your desk and play video games all day long, you need to work hard to overcome the lack of brand recognition. Not much room for advancement.

management lets you do what you want. no supervision. no goals. management won't help or isn't around to help with daily struggles and blames sales for company shortfalls. wednesday sales meetings are yell fests where management complains that everyone sales sucks, but they never actually insent people or put in rules. coworkers abuse the system. some people show up and do nothing for 6 hours and leave but never get fired. the best guys are leaving to work from home and never come in or left for a better job or are looking. most employees don't care that vendors think were a joke their only happy that they dont catch hell for having bad numbers. management want sales to have high level certs but must sales cant find the phone to call customers. the place is a joke. no managers. we have bosses but not sales managers. so no advancement. I make money so i'm here until the right offer comes but anyone who wants to start here should looks else where.
