The job is not as “fun” as advertised. In busier locations it feels like you’re short staffed all the time. They expect you to do two or three stations at a time for hours on end without making a mistake. When someone calls out whole operation fails.
Company treats doing dishes and keeping a clean restaurant as an after thought. There is no labor allotted to ensure stores are clean and food safe. Just like there’s no labor allotted to do training videos. So if guests wonder why the stores are dirty and the team can’t keep up. Well we are purposefully short staffed and the company has made no actual investment in having clean restaurants and well trained employees. I think what people don’t get is MOD exploits its employees to keep the build your own price low for customers.
