Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for! I was harassed, constantly criticized, and singled out every day. I was cussed at by my captain in front of a whole line of customers. My manager started drama when I asked my captain if I can get a drink of water which apparently was not aloud even though I was taking orders for over 4 hours without a break! Which is illegal. They only treat their friends and favorites with respect and kindness no one else. I have contacted corporate and still nothing back. The manager expects us to communicate with her when she does not communicate at all... She has her captains comunicate for her. All I have to say is this company was not about what Ally and Scott said it was! I'm very disappointed!

Pros

Product is pretty good, customers are amazing and understanding when the store is busy and it may take a bit longer then expected. There are some solid people working for the company, however they aren't always recognized.

Cons

Micromanaging is expected, The executive team has a huge opportunity to be servant leaders and not wear two faces...a bully or sweet story tellers, mostly about themselves! You never know what you are going to get, but you can bet there will be some yelling, backstabbing, and crushed souls.

Work was often fun. I never found myself stuck at one position for long. Rotated between cooking, register, and pizza making. Not very hard work.

Cons

Be prepared to clean everything often. The faster you work, the better. Work efficiently and speedily. Work is often monotonous.
