I have to FIGHT to get my breaks, and if I (or my co-workers) politely mention that we have gone over 4 hours without so much as a 10-minute break, we are reprimanded. Often I've gone over 7 hours without a 30-min break. I understand that lunch/dinner rush is a tidal wave, but please, captains, manage your time better and understand that your workers are doing their best.
Schedule changes are often posted overnight with an "oh well, good luck!" attitude should you not be there the day before to notice them. Personal requests for scheduling are often ignored by anyone who isn't used to making the schedule (substitute GMs, DMs, etc).
Sexual harassment has been swept under the rug by the district manager and problem employees have been granted second, third, fourth chances- this is not an environment I wish to be a part of.
