Pros
One free meal on a shift, if working a double you would sometimes get two if you negotiated with the manager on duty. Free drinks pretty much always as long as the district manager was not visiting. 30 minute lunch was always recieved. Employee half off discount once a day and also for your family depending on the manager on duty.
Cons
Hour cuts were worse with every week, what of the crew didn't quit due to this were working multiple side jobs to make ends meet. You will not get enough time to qualify for their benifits, and at the 90 day mark they will explicitly keep you below 30 hours so you cannot get insurance through the company. They will promise promotion to keep your interest but will never provide it. You will be written about 20 hours a week and lose about 5 of them due to early send homes for labor costs. Due to how thin the staffing is, the store will regularly be slammed with 30 minute customer wait times and no relief. Usually will not recieve your lunch until the store is closed for the night, at which point it isn't functionally a break anymore. Most employees are school students from the area and the lack of experience causes the work environment to be very chaotic.
