not enough hours at all. hours are awful. applied for a full time position, got it, started with few 3 hour shifts and they told me as I worked they would give me more and longer shifts. 5 months later I'm working one three-hour shift for the week. It just doesnt allow me to pay for my current living situation. the schedule is posted the day before the week starts (sunday, schedule is sent out, starts next day on monday) so there is little heads up for when I am about to work and it's very hard to plan around my working schedule because I can be working the next day and not know about it until that night. there is also little communication while working, during training one captain would tell me how to do something a certain way and another captain would see me doing it that way and tell me to do it another way. this made things confusing and difficult. I also often don't know what leaving duty my manager wants me to do until half-way thru my shift- so it gets a little frustrating. all in all, if it werent for the severe lack of hours I'd probably be happy working here.
