      "flexible work hours, free meal per shift

      Cons

      upper management only cares about themselves. Pushes us to do more, despite consistently shattering store and district records, and when they can't handle the work themselves

      Fun, but tiring

      Pros

      The people are what make it great. Everyone gets second chances (unless they absolutely don’t deserve them lol) and it’s a super diverse and accepting community that we’ve built. The work really isn’t too hard once you’re used to it, and you get free food.

      Cons

      It’s fast-paced and can be really stressful at times, especially as a manager. Trying to wrangle the younger team members can be a challenge. It can be physically exhausting at times, especially with the 8+ hour shifts and 40 hour weeks. I get burnt out, it’s pretty repetitive just making pizzas for a couple years, and it’s mentally draining on those tougher shifts.

      Small organization allows opportunity to have a direct impact with less “red tape” than traditional larger companies.

      Cons

      Mom and Pop run, with distant owners allowing for internal conflicts to go unchecked. HR is incompetent and ineffective.
