Pros

Mod pizza is my first job and I have to say I love it there, it might be messy and your clothes might stink like garlic and cheese by the end of the day, but it's all included when you know you'll be working in food service. Plus the people there are very nice.

Cons

I don't have very many cons besides stinking after work, the garlic smell never leaves my hands and it's a lot of time on my feet.

Pros

There really are countless pros to being a part of MOD Pizza family. From the top executives to squad members, everyone is part of this family. I've been managing restaurants for the last 12 years and never loved, enjoyed my job this much.

Cons

I can't think of anything that is MOD specific con. The job comes with it's usual stress. It's a restaurant. Anyone that worked in the industry at least one day will understand that it's not am easy industry.

Pros

The best part about working at mod is the benefits. I usually get about 35 hours. I get paid 10.50 & with every shift I get a free meal. & that is about it.

Cons

The company says their mission is to value self expression. Yeah.. If you're a druggie. If you're not, then might as well just count yourself out of the rest of the squad. I know one other employee who is normal. All the others come to work high on a regular basis. & if you don't, then they don't exactly associate themselves with you. I don't understand why the company is okay with drug addicts working at their store. To me it's a real pain in the butt. I do not like working for a company that supports that. If I were an employer & my employees were coming to work high or blatantly talking about drugs/how messed up they got the night before in front of customers I would have them terminated immediately. I find that MOD has a very negative work environment & I am currently looking for a new job. I have had multiple conversations about this issue with the managers, however I have not seen anything done about it. Because of that I have just chosen to move on from MOD.
