The manager admits fault for poor training

Cons

Everyone talks sh!t about me and my performance as a captain behind my back I've only worked there for 4 weeks and had no proper training was just kinda thrown in and expected to get it. Everytime I leave they pretty much just talk about how much I suck and it makes it awkward for me. Other captains have no respect for me as a Captain and micro manager everything I do, and disregard my authority when i ask someone to do something. There is not enough positive reinforcement. It's all negative nit picking and telling me what I did wrong even if I was told different by the person I was trained by. I get it you need to correct people when they are wrong, but you should also give them props for doing something right. I just feel underappreciated and totally disrespected and it sucks

I love the benefits that come with this company and how it's very family-like. I never don't feel at home when I'm at work. I love the people i work with and those I work for.

Cons

I would say the only downside is when coworkers don't want to do things but that can happen anywhere.
