      Pros

      Culture starts at the very top with a very passionate CEO that truly cares about all of the company's people and clients. The core values are consistent from the executive leadership team throughout the rest of the organization. Exciting time of expansion through organic and acquisitive growth. Everyone strives towards the same goals while operating as a true team along the way.

      Cons

      Small company so sometimes not able to leverage the same resources that would be available at a larger company but other than that, nothing at all.

      They have really good intentions to be a good employer and to be a good resource to their customers.

      Cons

      They are not a tech company, the resell a technology so don't be fooled. There is not great leadership on the GTM side. Just look at the turnover. The sales team is re-orged on whims. Kinda cultish culture.
