      Amazing Compensation Plan, Incentives, Trips, and Development. My career and experience has grown considerably since joining MP! Our CRO is always available to help me close deals along with my VP, who is always supporting me in the field.

      In regards to the post below, I have worked at MP for over 2 years in our sales and marketing organization reporting to our CRO. I have been a beneficiary of great career progression as well as been able to contribute to various aspects of our growth engine. Our CRO and Sales Leadership team run an incredible process and work cross functionally to support all divisions. They cultivate a great culture and encourage team building as well as celebrating our wins. Our leadership emphasizes the importance of marketing and ties us all into one revenue organization. From my position I work daily and am encouraged daily from our Marketing and Sales leadership. I could not recommend MP any more to my peers as a great place to work.
