Pros

Fantastic leadership from our C Suite (CEO, CRO, COO) and executive leadership. Generous (and attainable) compensation plan, incentives, and presidents club trips are second to none. Marketing, Sales, and Implementation teams work so well together and it's refreshing to work for a company that lives out their core values each and every day.

Smaller teams /get to know others well

Cons

Terrible pay based off of other sales roles I have had. Management doesn't listen to suggestions, sales roles are micromanaged by CRO. No room to grow.
