Not many pros unless you're at the director level and higher. Favoritism is at its peak.... you learn a lot in experience just don't expect market rate comp

Factions within each department. Ineffective Communication within internal departments. Anyone below Director level does not receive stock or bonuses. No pay raises for my tenure...

MRC has very good benefits and among the largest industrial supply companies in North America.

Cons

Does not hestitate to iniate down sizing when the sales go down. Company direction is not clearly stated to all employees. Seems to be headed down a DEI path.
