Pros
There are some great people there that would like to make a change for the better. Flexible work schedule.
Cons
Poor Management! I was brought on with the promise of development and the understanding that I was younger and less experienced than the rest of the HR team. I was let go before I even completed one year for the reason of my manager "not having the time to develop me". This came with no previous communications on performance and all of our one on one meetings ended well. It was very unfair and unprofessional to recruit me from another full-time job and provide the promise of development, only to throw me in with no guidance, and then let me go without any reviews of performance or constructive feedback. The least I could have been given was a chance to improve on whatever they felt I needed development on. The HR team itself is very disconnected- everyone is working towards different goals and towards a different vision. Not a very cohesive team at all.
