The benefits you have on the 1st day of employment

Cons

A lot to write about. Manager in the RDC in doesn't recognize the hard work of the employees. I got the impression working there that if your not liked by the branch manager then it doesn't matter how hard or dedication you have. There is absolutely favoritism going on and that's just what you have to look forward going in there every day.

As an Outside Sales rep there is very little micro managing. You were hired to go get business and MRC gives you the tools to do so.

Almost impossible to get fired, no real experience required, will hire you straight out of college, good insurance, ok pay.

Cons

Pay is below industry standard especially for women, bonuses based on whether the branch meets unrealistic goals set by corporate management. They over promise and under deliver to their employees and customers. Shareholders always come first. Slow to replace employees that have quit causing double or triple workload for remaining employees. Once was a good company to build a career at now it's just a stepping stone to your next opportunity.
