Pros

Work local with your customers;

Cons

They don't value their associate; especially the Inside Sales Supervisors or the inside sales team. This company only supports the Branch manager and the outside sales team. If you have a good branch manager then the inside team may get treated decent but other than that all they care about is sales and margin - and if you grow 3 million in sales but miss margin by 1-2% you don't get anything from them

Pros

no supervision. straight 40 hours. good hours.

Cons

'management" is CLUELESS as to what is going on. They would sell you out in a heartbeat if it meant saving their behinds with their managers. I've never worked for such a deceitful group of people. Raises? This is comical. MSC pays well below the industry standard yet when money is brought up, you are immediately swept under the rug. Bonuses are just as funny. While upper management continues to get hefty bonuses, the 'average joe' gets next to nothing. NO ADVANCEMENT IS AVAILABLE!!!! If you are good at your job, they won't advance you as it's very hard for them to replace you. You will be stuck in the same dead end job unless you leave.

Pros

The company has really good training probably one of the best training, OK benefits, nice office to work.

Cons

Unorganized company, unpaid, a lot of micro management, promote associates who cheated the system and don't know how to be supervisors or managers. The largest turnover in the company, people leaving to find new and better jobs with better pay.
