Company car and hood benefits. Lots of items to sell! But will never get delivered.. Check never bounces. Oh!! And they pay for your gas

Micromanagement taking over here!! Be careful reading good reviews here! Guaranteed they are written from upper management because they are losing people faster than they can hire!! Unattainable commission plan,branch meetings have no direction, market manager lives for micro management!! And only hires people he can manipulate and control! If your looking for a check until u find a real job you will be fine but don't plan a life here!!

At one time there was a culture but it is very clear that the culture is long gone.

Cons

The management in place is a boys club and rules with a do as I say not as I do philosophy. A large majority of the leaders are aggressive and unprofessional. The same people keep getting promoted. There is no opportunity for growth. They bleed you dry and give you no praise or recognition for a job well done. If you make a tiny mistake you will hear about it repeatedly for the rest of your career.

Leadership team has no focus, no clear strategy, too many priorities, no career management, culture is awful (back stabbing politics and games); the nicest people get promoted (doesn't matter if you're effective)
