- people are great - 401k is okay

Cons

- horrible benefits - expected to work long hours with minimum competitive pay - can't negotiate pay quoted during company fiscal year - high turnover rate - company doesn't care about employees, upper management only worries about themselves - horizontal growth (you get "promoted" but still do the same thing with min. raises)

Too much work, less pay. Bonuses are not even that much to begin with and you never get full amount because of some fine line excuse.

MSI in the NorthEast has terrible upper management 10hrs+ work days is part of the culture and expected Everyone starts we 11 PTO days (including your sick days) No flexibility All employees are overworked and unhappy - this is the kind of place that just pays your bills
