      Pros

      Plenty of hours. Didn't fire anyone during pandemic.

      Cons

      Management does not provide for promotion opportunities or any development. Very poor leadership within certain branches. Suggestions and ideas are ignored. When it's convenient to them, leadership ignores standards that they set. I could go on and on... Moral of the story...DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

      Pros

      There are quite a few pros but to just list a few; MSI completely trained me to be able to do my job as if I had done this for years! I had never worked this industry before and find it so interesting and satisfying to see the smiles after helping someone find what they need to bring their vision of a dream space to life. I have never worked for a company that on a regular basis shows appreciation for their employees and the hard work that they put in here at MSI. A simple recognition for a job well done, lunches, and many other tokens of appreciation, and also caring about our families and health through this pandemic go a long way. These are the things that make me personally want to come to work everyday and do my best and also give my all. There are many opportunities to advance in the company. I plan to be a part of this team for many years!

      Cons

      The only one I can come up with is that I haven't gotten a chance to attend any of the company events due to COVID but that cannot be helped.
