It is an honor to work at a job where I know what I do positively impacts the lives of others on a daily basis.

Cons

As a non-profit organization, growth of the company is constrained by limited access to financial resources. These constraints impact the company's ability to continue to hire great people. However, the company has an amazing track record of hiring and retaining really great and dedicated employees.

Pros

Great company for a working mom. I don’t feel like I had to sacrifice my career in order to start a family. MTF has been supportive and has had opportunities for career advancements. Remote work is common and flexible. CEO is an incredible leader, empathetic, transparent, engaged, and interacts with employees and customers often. Management is receptive to feedback.
