Run like an army camp. Middle & upper management not on a friendly basis with professional employees who are mainly supervisors, technicians and coordinators. Managers write you up for the smallest things that are questionable in many instances and 3 strikes and you're out the door. Told by upper management that they're also afraid for their jobs and won't back an employee no matter how hard you work Place is kept extremely understaffed and company buzz word is "Are you overwhelmed with the work load?" Everybody is, and attitudes suffer because of it. Employees in some departments monitored for performance on a MONTHLY basis to keep pressure on them.
