the core environment is hard to adjust to at first but as you spend more time inside you get used to it

Where do I begin... There is some of the worst communication I have ever seen. There are clear issues happening day to day in the core and management does not even recognize it or communicate about it. Technicians will willingly throw away the gift just to not do the work. They will do everything they can just out of spite. One of our yearly buzzwords is "One MTF" - there is still a massive gap and feud of Jessup versus Edison, what happened to just doing better for the gift. POMS is the worst application I have ever used, I do not understand what we are doing with it, does it even help anything, does management even measure that, how does it Make It Happen, lets Think Smart and Build for the Future and go to a new system that will give company the data it needs to hold its members accountable. We need to be better and expect more from each other and ourselves.
