Poor pay, little room for growth. Not all employees are held accountable and there is a tolerance of poor performance. Senior management not in touch with the day to day operations.

This is not an employee friendly facility. The employees are overworked and underpaid. The longer you are employed here, the more pressure is placed on you, with threats of job loss, and raises are little to nonexistent.
