Cons

Manager is cocky and talks down to you and has no idea how to professionally manage people. Company is always putting surveys out and you are threatened if you tell the truth. Manager claims he can see who does what on the survey and your bonus will be cut. Trainer tells you to do one thing, someone else tells you to do another.

The company as a whole seems to value the people but didn't see that in my area.

Cons

Very unprofessional environment and was subjected to vulgar language on a daily basis. The little training provided was performed by someone who couldn't answer questions. This is a dead end career job. I was left for several months without anything to do and was told at least once a week they would find something for me to do. Management rarely checked on me and the training was inadequate.
