Pros

Its not bad work and the work is more meaningful when you know that you are helping people. You get personal days, holiday pay and health benefits as soon as you get hired.

Cons

Management sucks, hard work gets noticed and the pay is horrible. I really don't know how these managers and get promoted. They ask you to come in for overtime which is good but from a management point of view you have people walking around doing nothing when there is work to do. I went to school for management so there is no reason to ask people to come in for overtime. Managers have play favorites and the brown nosers get promoted for kissing up. I give management ideas on what can be better and they look at you like you're crazy.

Friendly coworkers and supervisors; rewarding work, excellent values, excellent benefit package, bi-yearly bonuses ( to date), very accommodating with family time.

Cons

No room for advancement, no leveling of salary after years of employment, daily use of hazardous tools (if you are not properly trained).
