      Great mission in an interesting field, a lot of good people, good benefits, excellent vacation to start, business casual attire

      Cons

      Heavy workload, work/life balance can be hard to maintain, culture can be closed at times, people not always willing to share information to make the outdated processes easier. People are not held accountable

      Excellent benefits, caring staff, good cause

      Cons

      This is not an employee friendly facility. The employees are overworked and underpaid. The longer you are employed here, the more pressure is placed on you, with threats of job loss, and raises are little to nonexistent.
