Pros

GREAT place to jump start your career. Descent money and good on OT if your not forced into it.

Cons

Donct expect to move up ranks without kissing someone's rear. Especially whole donor being Hispanic is rough it's the wrong ethnic. Supervisor's in processing in general must have been told they are God's and can treat people like crap. Always use the fear of losing your job and HR does nothing to repair the problem.

You gonna have the best exposure of your life as a tech for you will be working for someone to give a better quality of life i.e,needy recipients of ALLograft

sometimes you work in a team with someone who she or he has a dislike for you no reason other than cultural diversity
