The pay, some friendly coworkers

Cons

- Angry customers (because here at mtm, nobody knows what accountability is! especially when it comes to leaving members stranded, or their trip being entered wrong. Places like this are why brokered NEMT won’t be around for long. ) -The orc line is pointless. Half the time y’all don’t answer, or you’re just not helpful at all.
