My coworkers were fantastic group of people to work with.

Cons

The company allows the members to verbally insult you over the phone, and does nothing about. The members ask to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor will ask you to deescalate the call, but the member is asking to speak with a supervisor. They refuse to take the call.

Pay isn't great is minimal. You must not be an odd ball. The manager will not except you.
