      Pros

      Very strict but relaxed environment. Pay is decent for what you do. Co workers are awesome. Benefits after a year are good.

      Cons

      Again, very strict. Some expectations of the employees are somewhat unreachable. They expect you to save money for the company by setting the most cheapest form of transportation and they track what every employee spends based on what type of transportation you set it with (Which, for the most part, is out of your control) Therefor if you end up getting a lot of members who needs cabs or vans verses using gas mileage reimbursement or the bus then your cost per mile will be high which disqualifies you for the bonus even though you can't control what call you get and what type of service they need.

      Pros

      its a paycheck. secure building. have your own small cube 1 seat and 2 monitors

      Cons

      very strict adherence policy within 2 min or you get disciplined. management does not listen to employees. very high turn over rate. company only focused on call times and being at work no matter what. even if sick still get yelled at even with a doctors note it does not matter management will still penalize employees.

      Pros

      Family environment, good pay, great location, good job overall. The members can be difficult, but you'll have that in customer service.

      Cons

      They promote based on favoritism. If you don't kiss butt, you will make it no where, and they don't care, they don't protect you. You can have the best stats around, but they still manage to find "more qualified people." If you are honestly ok with being a CSR the rest of your life, this is the place to be.
