A company that recognized hard work and rewards it

Pros

The company has a casual work environment where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves. When you work hard, and show commitment to the customer and the company, that is recognized and rewarded. I've also had opportunities to travel throughout North America and Australia, which I don't think I would have done on my own.

Cons

Internal training can be lacking at times, but it is something that management is aware of and are currently working up a process to train new employees.

Pros

They listen to everyone's ideas and opinions. You are part of the food delivery chain which is amazing, and the UX team is warm and awesome. Option to work from home.

Cons

They do not give you all of the benefits that other international enterprises usually offer.
