M-Tech is a very casual and open minded place where everyone can be themselves. I love working here, they are very flexible if you show them hard work. The culture is awesome and the office perks are cool!. Ping pong table, beer, snacks and more!

Cons

Need to be self motivator since the training can be lacking at times.
