      None- absolutely nothing positive to say.

      Cons

      Managers who love to gossip about staff to other staff members, HR Business Partners who won’t take responsibility for their mistakes and instead threaten employees and lie to cover it up. C-Suite Management has knowledge of it all and does nothing to stop it. Whistle Blower’s are NOT protected but rather punished for stepping forward. No work/life balance- and for administration staff, that’s ridiculous!

      1. This is where career comes to die - there is no promotion or training opportunities for employees unless you are a manager's favorite 2. The HR hires higher external candidates only for higher level positions - there are absolutely no promotion irrespective of achievements 3. Very process oriented and everything requires approval by at least 5 managers and takes its own time - highly frustrating 4. They have launched transformation programs to 'change' the firm but so far no development is seen - this program again is being filled by many outside candidates , almost everyone is MD. No wonder there is no work being done and nothing to show for as of date 5. work Life balance is a joke as there are daily nightly calls with Japan team and you are expected to show up in office everyday at normal time

      Discrimination at its finest

      Managers openly flirt with younger female employees and they discriminate against older workers. Annual salary increases of 1% is a joke and a slap in the face. Extremely condescending. No HR to take complaints to. Senior management ignore complaints, they don’t care. Stock price is around $5.00 per share, something is wrong. The Tempe site is like a revolving door, employees leave and management does nothing regarding information provided during the exit interviews, the offenders are never addressed. Too much favoritism, especially young women with tight fitting clothing.
